Greatest 4th in the North 2015
July 1-5, 2015
The 2015 Celebration begins Wednesday, July 1 and ends on Sunday, July 5th. The most commonly asked questions concerning the festival are: "When are the fireworks and when is the Grand Parade?" To answer these questions, the fireworks are ALWAYS on July 4. The Grand Parade is also always on July 4, EXCEPT…when the 4th falls on a Sunday, which it does not this year, so the Grand Parade will be Saturday, July 4 at 10:00 a.m. The 2015 programs will be available here at the Chamber office in area businesses & Michigan Welcome Centers in May.

We hope that the Grand Parade and Fireworks aren't the only reasons you want to come to the Greatest 4th in the North, because we have lots of great events that take place, including lots of FREE entertainment. Every evening, beginning on Wednesday evening, July 1, you will find everything from the Battle of the Bands, $1000 Karaoke Contest and professional entertainment shows on the City Park Free Stage. The reason it is free for you and your family to attend is because of our wonderful sponsors. So if you catch a main stage act, or maybe a clown, or a magician, be sure to thank our sponsors if you see them. Better yet, we encourage you to go visit their business and thank them, because if it wasn't for their support you would not see any of these great entertainers! You will find the entertainers names along with a direct web link below so you can preview them on the web.
We hope you pick up a program with a complete schedule of events so you don't miss a thing! They are also free, because of our advertisers and sponsors. You will find them in the Michigan Welcome Centers, other Chamber's, area businesses, in the City Park Information booth during the festival and of course at the Chamber office. You can also view the program right here on our web site. We hope to see you here in 2015! Below were some highlights. Much more will be added as we get a little closer.
